Sometimes it really can make a difference

Just a small update regarding a friend of mine who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis. He’s doing a 200 mile charity bike ride – on an exercise bike, roughly 2 miles a night, by Christmas – trust me, that’s enough!! The money he raises will go towards a new £400,000 CF unit at King’s Hospital in London. He’s already raised a really impressive amount, but there really isn’t a cap you can put on something like that.

His blog is a decent read anyway, shedding light on what it’s like to live with the condition – but donations are cool too :)

That’s 200milechallenge.co.uk people!
